This company, CBV collections, does something very unique in order to get people to call them. They will call and hang up on you twice a day in the hopes that you will call them back and complain about it. You see, in order for you to get them to stop calling, you have to give them your name and phone number, which is exactly what they want. They want to confirm who you are. They will call you using a robo-caller from their 80 service. If you block that number, they will start calling from other numbers like this one.
