Same - a scam trying to get your personal information.

Received a call at 9:36 am from 800-935-9935. CALLER ID says Nava Amelia. Message says to call Julie Traverse at Chase Services at 844-540-8025 , ext. 6583472 about a recent inquiry. The message says "We are available to assist you Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. The person also says "Thank you for using Chase and have a good day. It's sounds professional, DO NOT BE FOOLED.

SCAM: 844-540-8025. I had recently contacted Chase, so I almost fell for it. Tried to navigate their voice prompts in different ways. None worked. It's an off-the-shelf voice mail system. All that's programmed is the original "This is Chase..." message when it picks up. The rest goes nowhere. No way to get a person on the phone. Enter a wrong extension and it prompts you to log in, which is what all services to if they are not fully setup.

They just left a message on my voice mail on December 20, 2017 at 813am CST.

"Hi, this message is for **** ********* my name is Anita Sherman. I'm calling from Chase card services about your recent inquiry. Please call 844-540-8025 extension is 658117 between 8 to 5 Eastern Monday through Friday. If you call and get voicemail please leave your name, telephone number and best time to reach you."
