This number is given as an emergency number to repair a computer virus that has infected my computer. There is a very official pop-up that says its from Microsoft and to immediately call this number to get directions on how to fix the virus and not to go on the internet until the repair is made. Microsoft's site says there are scams that try to get people to pay for non existent repairs and/or steal your info. I am currently running Microsoft's free Safety Scanner to see if there are any actual viruses.

Definite scam. On laptop, same problem . Locked up Chrome. Don't fall for it.
I tried to download a PDF file from megupload , I got that link in a website ,I clicked on it then it blocked Internet Explorer.It just their message that I have viruses in my phone and they gave me this Number to call them..!!
I know. It's. Spam then I reset the phone it's Nokia Lumia 1320. Then it gone away but I lost all the files..!!
