Got a call from a unavailable number, The man stated that I was going to be served with papers on 3/16. He also gave the name of the company(GMS) and the a file number. I called back they said it was about a payday loan from Think cash/ First Bank of Delaware. I said I hand it to my lawyer then they got rude. I checked on this company. GMS has only one You Tube film. Think Cash/ First Bank of Delaware were ordered in 2003 to closed by the feds. for loan sharking and to liquidate their assets.
