Please explain to me how a 16 year old who does not qualify for credit can have outstanding debt. Have been getting calls for over a year. I am 16.

This number calls my cell phone about once a week with a recorded message. The message says that I have a debt to resolve. I am DEBT FREE! They are also referencing a last name that I changed years ago. It's a spam caller!
