NCR Collections, trying to collect a 6 yr old dept that I won in court against the original company, companies today use collections as a form of threat, pay up, even if your right or we will send it to collections. when collections realize they are in the wrong, as in this case, they just up and sell the debt to another collection and the process starts all over again. Tell them to F Off and Block them, collections are so frustrated nowadays because of cell phone block features, most don't have home phones so dept collectors are limited to sending mail :)

Not Real collection. Scam.
They are using tactic very similar to real collection agency.

They are very rude and do not listen a a Cease and desist order

NRC Collection - They have bought a debt that you owe and are trying to collect. They will continue even after the statute of limitations means they get nothing! Add them to you address book as "NCR **!! Answer then Hang up" That way they don't leave a message clogging up your voice mail.
