If this is about Rogers then it is some type of scam. I called Rogers directly and I have a credit balance with them. I never answer 800 numbers. Most are out to scam you!
They are calling from a collections agency about your rogers account - maybe about outstanding collections that are owed and equipment that was never returned when you cancelled service
