Contacted me saying he was a process server from my local County and he was notifying me of summons from the court - he is sent to issue this summons to my residency tomorrow between 3-5pm and i will need to make myself available however if I would like to review the charges filled against me i can contact 888 204 9853 in the event i am not available to sign for the summons and he does not recieve a stop order from the party he will be escorted to my place of employment of which HR will to sign off as witnesses and he highly recommended i review the allegiations. He said his name was Darryl Williams. As soon as I listened to the message I received 2 calls from people I know that had been contacted by this number telling them he was trying to server me with a summons to serve with me civil and criminal paperwork. When I called the other number they were trying to collect on an old debt that is paid off and after I voiced my disgust hung up on me. No server came to my house. the 888 204 9853 stated they were Hemingway and Associates from Boca Raton Florida. I tried calling back 844 621 8276 and it was not a working number.

said I owed money to hsbc bank, gave the name of Stephen Michaels. Totally unvalid. Told him to get a real job instead of trying to scam people and then he called me a deadbeat and I started laughing my ass off. Scammer dirtbags!!!

Called me a "stupid asshole". He cried like a sad boy "This is my company! You must pay!" His name was Gordon. Once he heard that I had work for the IRS the past 35 years he hung up. They left me a voicemail stating they'd sue for a TD bank debt from 2006 for $34.00

Called today and all family numbers and cell phones. Left message looking for a Tracey But I am not that person. Went on about serving a summons and to be home between 3 and 5 the next day or threatens to go to her work and have a supervisor witness papers! Do not fall for this scum!!! It is a collection agency using threats and scare tactics. I reported to donotcall.gov. Please do the same. Threats of any kind are bogus and against the law.
