I received the voicemail recording pretty identical to Jonelle's post. It must be spam. He doesn't identify his phone #, my name, or why I would be interested in his offer since I am not in that line of work.

The guy named Aaron left a voicemail for me, too. The website did not resolve.

They are getting around the "telemarketing" issue by somehow only leaving a voice mail. Here is a copy of the visual voice-mail I received:
