Called and said that I owe on a bank account I never had insisted that I pay and court action is being taken I should receive paperwork in mail shortly

Yes. They are involved in organized crime. Trying to collect money from people who don't owe on any credit cards or city offences. Contact the cafc (rcmp) and opp anti racket unit. We have. Also osc.they are involved in deceptive practices. Block their #'s.

This company called since April 2016. Called for someone whom I do not know and have never heard of. I have this phone number for over 10 years.
Do not understand.
When people applied for credit, the lender did NOT check the contact record??
If the control is in the beginning that phone contact proof is required, all this mess will not happen.
