They texted my cell stating "We attempted to call you. Please contact 844-705-0293 regarding important information on your account. Thank you.
In NO form or fashion did they attempt to call me! Additionally, when I called they promptly provided my name, ss #, and details about the supposed outstanding debt (including the account #)--all without verifing that they were speaking with the correct person. When I stated I knew nothing about what they were talking about--they laughed, said they had mailed out legal proceding documents (but would not give me the address for which they supposedly mail those to). When I asked what their mailing and physical addresses where--they laughed; said good luck then hung up. I have blocked calls and text messages from this number. They are clearly in violation of several laws. I do not recommend accepting their calls, returning their calls or text messages!
