They have called me repeatedly. I block the number but they continue to get through. How can I get peace back and stop these calls. Said they were JCC llc I had a payday loan from 2010. I asked for papers to prove I made the loan and they just gave me the last 4 numbers of my social security number. I asked why I had not received a notice in the mail from Payday Loans and they could not answer that. I asked to call back as I wanted to verify they were real and called back 2 minutes later the phone rang 47 times before it was answered with a "hello" and the agent I I was speaking with was not in the office.

They started calling me and left me one message saying I had a claim. I never called them back because I looked up their number and everyone was saying it was a scam. They stopped calling me...but then talked to my mother; whom lives in a different state and they had called her over 10 times and then this week called my brother 5 times...saying they had a claim.
I didn't appreciate anyone getting my family into their scams, especially using my name. They claimed I had a loan from over 8 years ago to a payday place for $500 and I now owed $650. They had the last four of my SS#; so I entertained the idea, but kept telling them their accounting was wrong because I paid it in full before I moved. He wouldn't give me any proof of my owing them, he wouldn't send me an e-mail of proof of who they were, just wanted a credit card over the phone. I told him, NO PROOF, NO CREDIT CARD and hung up after having a 5 minute argument of why he couldn't send me proof until after I paid. A real legitimate collection agency would have no problem sending you anything for proof.

they call phone harly rings, been doing that 3 days now...So i set at my desk all day wasting there time just hit redial, and let them answer hang up..lol.. they keep repeatiing JCC hello may i help you, over and over, they will learn DONT CALL MY NUMBER

Received a call from this number asking for my Grandmother. I spoke with her and she gave me the same feedback as the above statements (Falsifying money owed claims). I hit 0 to speak with someone, told them they continue to call me and need to remove me from their list. I was hung up on.

Called my home phone number just after activation a few months ago and keeps calling for a Leslie Barden with a claim number. Just now called my home phone number again for a Christina Waldrup with a claim number. Called my cell phone yesterday and left a message for me going by my first name but wrong last name. Called my daughter's cell phone today asking for me and then called my home phone. I did speak with Kathryn Kiser, supposedly from JCC and she kept saying I had taken out a loan in 2012 for $450.00 and I needed to pay them $750.00 or they were taking me to court for $3000.00 and they would ruin my credit. I have NOT taken out any loans in 2012 especially for $450.00. When I asked for proof via email and/or postal service she stated they had already provided all this information in emails to me that they would not provide any more info. She was trying to be intimidating but I have experienced the same type thing in 2007 so I was not in the least intimidated. I feel sorry for the people who actually fall for this evil tactic. I turned them in to the FBI via cyber crimes.

They called me today and even called my daughter and scared he to death. They has my correct SS#, cell ad home number BUT incorrect name. I asked for detailed information and they stated they had already emailed me all the information I needed. I asked them to mail it to me so I could see when I supposedly took out this loan. No way - they already disclosed all this information in the emails. They threatened to sue me for $3000.00 if I did not pay them $750.00 for the $450.00 loan I acquired in 2014. I truly did not take out a loan in 2012 for anything! Pure harassment! They asked me to call them back (inn an earlier message) at 866-615-3453 and when I tried I got the message that I could not place the call with the number dialed.

Keeps leaving a message on my line for somebody else. Will nit stop calling.

They called me and also said the same thing but said loan was from 2010 when I said that was not true and I wanted documents he became outraged also he couldn't verify my home address and said he only had my last 4 digits of SS # I just kept saying give me Documentation so I can see for myself and he finally just said I will see you in court I'm not sending you nothing.

I received a call yesterday stating very simular information and then they called me again today and probably plan to call me every day, what can I do beside put my name of stop call list.

They are claiming to be an arbitration for a loan company. Claiming that I took out a loan back in 2008/2009 for $400.00. when I asked them to send me papers on the company name and info about the loan that was supposedly taken out they would not release or send me info.
