As much as I called Comcast I knew this wasn't a number. But I called it back anyway and someone answered Comcast, but then hung up.. There is an app that one can buy that disguises the actual number they are calling from and disguised it as something else even with the name.

i reported and blocked this yesterday. Call Control didn’t block it today.

They call several times every day. I don't answer.
Called back to back then called from unavailable number left this number claiming mediation of some sorts, could understand company's name
I answered and they hung up or got disconnected.
