SCAM! I googled the number and it's FAKE. DEFINITELY NOT APPLE CARE! Power down your iphone or other apple device.

It came up on my phone while I was on Pinterest, I had a feeling it was a scam so I googled the number and I found a lot of people saying it's bull don't call

This same number appeared on my iPad in a pop-up box. States, "Seeing these pop-ups means that you may have a virus installed on your device which puts the security of your personal data at serious risk. It's strongly advised that you call the number above [(844) 719-6038] and get your device inspected before you continue using your internet, especially for shopping or banking. Call immediately for assistance. Contact Apple Care at (+1 (844) 719-6038)." No other information is given. This was not a phone call. It was listed on a pop-up screen on my iPad.

My Apple phone screen was blocked saying my ios had crashed and to call this number 844-719-6038 for Apple support crew. It is a scam
