Told me they were from Windows and had been getting warnings about my computer. Spam!

Did not answer, but looked up the number via Google and here is what found out.

Said he was from Comcast technical service and that I had 17 devices in my network and may have viruses. He had my name and phone but could not get my email address right. Asian accent.

Similar to other comments - claimed to be from Comcast.  When I asked him to confirm who he was with, he again said Comcast.  Seemed to be a bit off when I told him I had no service with Comcast.  Based on other comments, I'm guessing this is a new version of the "Microsoft Technical Services" scam.  Blocked.
