I AM NOT A MEMBER OR HAVE EVER BEEN A MEMBER OF PLANET FITNESS. I have been receiving suspicious text message about problem with payment. I contacted Planet Fitness corporate investor relations via email yesterday. Awaiting response from the company. I tried that route since they do not seem to have suspicious fraud reporting number.

They first sent a text, and their automated voice recognition sounded pretty legit when I called. However, as soon as the representative started talking he sounded extremely shady. Immediately hung up.

SCAM! I work at planet Fitness and we dont do any billing updates over the phone. If this number calls you do not give them your card information.

I keep getting a text saying there is a problem with billing. But I know it's bullshit because there is no email from PF saying the same thing.

Claimed that someone was using my billing # out of LA. state. Sounds like this type of call is not uncommon.

I actually got a text saying they had a problem with my billing info. The planet fitness i signed up at inside the place itself. They already took my payment out for signing up that day of. So my info is correct and no problem there. Blocking the number.
