I got a call from a lady that she was trying to serve me papers at my workplace but she did not want to do that and she called from an unknown number. I tried asking what this was about but she could not give me any info but a number to call 1-844-755-4702 I called and talked to Eddie Bellows he stated that I owed $4.105 for a credit card from 2003 I had no knowledge of what he was talking about. He had all my information said I was getting sued and he could stop the carrier from bringing me the papers and I could do a settlement and they had obtained info on my assets... They are very rude and hassle you..

Woman called (No Caller ID) said she was trying to deliver legal documents but no one was home. I told her I wasn't expecting anything. She said she didn't feel comfortable serving me without knowledge of what I was getting. Gave me a phone number and case number. I called the number David Michaels says I owe $8,000.00 for a credit card. I can pay $4,000.00 over the next 16 months or they will take $2,222.00. They had my birthdate and at least the last 4 of my social. Very scary. I told them I was unaware of any debt and told them I would have to go through all my paperwork before making a decision. He said he would stop the legal documents from being served until I notified them of my decision. HMMMM How is that possible if I am already on the docket? Isn't being served supposed to be unannounced?

I got a phone call from a woman trying to get my address to serve "Legal Documents" to me. I asked her what are the documents for, I'm not expecting anything. She didn't know, but was able to give me a file number and phone number to a company called "ACP" 844-882-9023.
I called the number and got the "Security desk", "Office Manager". I asked him to identify the company and what they did, but he couldn't. He would just say what he did and that I could give him my file number and he would transfer my call upstairs. I didn't feel the need to give him any more information about me, if he couldn't identify his company. So he then proceeded to call me by my first name, in which case I never gave my name to him. I asked him how he knew my name, by reverse phone number ID? He said yes that they get all kinds of phone calls, so they feel the need for caller ID. He then restated my name and told me my birthdate...I sorta gasped at this and then he proceeded to say..."do you feel threatened?" I then hung up. Are you kidding me! People don't fall victim to these scam artists and watch your identities and credit reports!

the first caller went by the name of joe brown saying that he tried to serve papers twice and no one was home (even though I was home both times). then when I called a lady by the name of veronica Royce said I owed money for a credit card. they even called my son. when I called them they said I owed $6,000.00 for a $4,000.00 dollar credit but was willing to settle for $1,700.00. I called the bank they said it was for, the bank said there is nothing pending against me.
