I got a call from these people. They told me I had to call them back within 2 days or our computers will shut down.

Ricky Shew, "Windows Security" called my wife and really frighted her .
Please note any Microsoft call center would have an answering menu and NEVER be answered by saying "windows" Call centers ALWAYS call it "Microsoft Windows®"

Got this call, too. Caller claimed name is Ricky Shew (heavy Indian accent). Told me I had critical infections. I told him I worked for Webroot Online Security, so I'd love to discuss this, as well as running a MAC. (I have Win 7). He was polite and hung up.

I received a call that came up as 850-678-1119 with the name Cleary Stephani. The guy claimed that he was from ""WINDOWS". I asked him that how do I know it is not a scam? He told me that I could check on him at 844-758-6858 and that his name was Alex Johnson. He even threw out an internet address that he thought was mine to help prove that it was not a scam. He did not want to let me off the phone. But I did get off the phone as it was clearly a scam.
