They're not a scam lol they're a collection agency to which you owe money too. Call ICBC direcetly and speak with their accounting department and see what you owe because it's clearly something. I've been dealing with this company CBV Collections for months because I actually owe ICBC..

This is from a collections company pretending to be ICBC. This is a complete SCAM COMPANY! I have no parking tickets, no speeding tickets, no accident charges. I owe nothing to ICBC and they are calling from different numbers more than once a day as they get blocked when I see the call and look it up. This is NOT ICBC!!!
