This would definitely be spam if it were a cold call. Yesterday we submitted an inquiry to a health insurance "broker" about group coverage for our small business. Hit send and within one minute - no joke - they called. I detest telemarketers or talking on the phone with sales people and thought they would email with info about the two plans were were looking at. We were completely mislead because BAM! there they were, doing their telemarketing thing. I don't think I want to deal with a company who's that over-the-top type of pushy telemarketers would instantly be on the phone. And I'm guessing they'll call again. And again ... I'm blocking.
