Called, answer machine picked up and left partial message of recording process being suspended. Humana never suspends their voice messaging process, and leaves a reference ID number for use when responding to their call.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER BLOCK THE NUMBER. IT IS A SCAM! CALL HUMANA AND REPORT IT TO THEM SO THEY CAN START AN INVESTIGATION. ON NOMOROBO HAS IT LISTED AS A ROBOCALLER AND THEY BLOCK IT. WAS CALLED 6 TIMES IN A DAY AND IF THIS IS HUMANA THEY WOULDN'T BE CALLING YOU LIKE THAT. PLUS THEY WILL LEAVE A MESSAGE. THIS NUMBER DON'T!

Robocall Scam, possibly phishing call that then connects to a call center during voicemail. Humana must be giving my info to a 3rd party which is a breach of my privacy or Humana had a security breach.

Oh this is hilarious! I never had a robocall voicemail that connects to a real person. I was laughing hysterically. Third party on behalf of Humana, possible phishing attempt.

If it is Humana it is too sneaky. The bull car@p recording says (paraphrased) when I called back "thank you for calling the medical department. We are open mon thru Friday between 8 and 5. Please leave a message after the beep so we can return your call." sneaky turfs purposely did not claim to be Humana but imply it so not outright lie. If it is not a phisching scam to steal your identity they want to sell you some car@p you don't need. At best an unwanted solicitationand at worst an identity theft attempt or, not likely, Humana has subcontracted their marketing to idiots.

They caled and left a message for my wife and a reference number for the call back. They have called several times before. They are recommending certain exams/actions she should take as part of her Medicare Advantage plan with Humana. It really is Humana

Claimed to Be Humana. They said they called "on behalf of Humana" and warned that they would talk about sensitive information about you. These may not be legit calls. Better not answer them. Humana should contact its members via writing.
