He asked me questions in an attempt to gain access to my computer.

This is a scam. If you call the number they ask for $300 to "fix" the problem. I closed the boxes and quit all applications - that seemed to solve the issue (so far).

Got the pop up tonight and fell for it :( gave them remote access...what do I do??
