Same exact issue here. It must be a scam- they had two of my family members information as well and called THEM too. I checked with my bank and checked my credit score- there hasn't been a delinquency or an attempt to collect any debt. I called this number about 3 times and it went straight to the same person every time (Daniel Williams). Seems like a big scam.

Yes these people called me as well. Actually a restricted call came thru and they gave me this number to call and dispute the situation. Stated they're filing a lawsuit against me a swear they spoke with me on Monday. Ummm no you didn't and I would remember that. Asked me if I was gonna be at my home location to be summons court papers. I know things like that don't work that way especially over a bill, its not like I killed somebody or I have a warrant out for my arrest. These people can't even tell me the discretion of this nor can they tell me where this is from, keeps stating its fraudulent checks and I don't have checks. Please stop calling, I'm reporting this to my lawyer as we speak and I'm contacting the attorney general of the state...yet again with this garbage. Beware to the next person.

they called my mother stating that i had a legal action being filed against me for a payday loan that i never got. when i told them i knew this was a scam, they said prove it and they would see me in court. i have gotten numerous calls from other numbers stating the same thing. they could never give me the details of when i supposedly got this loan, but they had my name and my mothers phone number and my bank name. some government agency needs to take care of this!!
