He called my brother and said the same thing, convincing my brother to pay him 542.00 bucks. How can we sue or press charges againest them? He said he was Evan Williams but when I tracked his name I found out David Smith has been using his name.
I asked them where's company located? He said, we are located in Alpharetta, Georgia. So I looked up the company and the town, the company is not listed in Alpharetta, Georgia. I believe it's a scam.

Caller name was David Smith. Said he was with "County Mediation" and attempting to settle a client's claim out of court. Said this was an official notification of filing suit concerning the matter.
