I dialed the number 1-844-872-0867. A digital recording answers stating it belongs to App Star Financial. It asked if I didn't want to be on their contact list to provide my number to be removed. I did. App Star Financial is a financial services co. which provides transaction processing products/services for credit/debit/other card transactions directed towards smaller merchants.
