844-878-4897. Total SCAM! Something about a fraud case against me and if I don't do this and that then bla bla bla!. However, what they did do was somehow get my best friends phone number and call them as well. Unfortunately for the caller and if they are dealing with anyone with an ounce of brains, everyone know legal services don't call friends about a case or anything legal. So it really weakens their case. Also, the microphone on his headset was seriously overdriven and he was calling from a boiler room. Thirdly, the 844 prefix is known as a scammer prefix and is listed as US/Canada toll free (proposed, may not be in use yet) Fourthly when calling the number back from an anonymous number, all you get in voice mail. Fifthly, anytime someone calls with a case number and saying you're charged with fraud, it's a SCAM! If it was an actual case you would receive a legal document in the mail or have a process server knocking at your door. So, I guess I'll have to call my phone freak friends and put THIS NUMBER on the list. They'll get so many calls they won't what hit them. I could go on and on why this is a SCAM but trust me....it's a SCAM! Too bad stupid people will fall for it!
