They called and left a message with an "ID number" to use when I called back. This is NOT a legitimate Spectrum entity. At best, it's a scam; at worst it's a ploy to gain access to your personal information. This is a variation on other attempts from a "Spectrum" source. The other is a computerized voice that says, "If you have questions about your Spectrum account, call..." and gives a different call-back number.
