They left a threatening voice message stating I was going to be served with a summons if I didn't call back immediately. They are "based" out of Newark, DE. The BBB has given them an F rating as of 09-14-16. The use VOIP lines from several area codes to call people. 319-250-0820 & 773-269-3067 are a couple of the numbers they use for outgoing calls.
