calls have come everyday for a long time from this number. Today they told me to press 1 for representative. I did. Told me I'd have to hold. After more than a min. hold, voice said, "Goodbye," and hung up.

Yes they called but I do not answer SPAM calls.
These are spam agents for what they call is Health Care Insurance. They say they will put you on a DNC list but the list will not go into effect for 14 to 21 days. During that time they keep calling. They will not tell you their names.
