6/19/2019 Got a call from a guy named Mark with an Indian accent. Mark explained that there were a couple issues with my quickbooks accounting program that needed to be fixed and that it was not updating correctly. He had me look at a couple things that was supposed to show me errors and then wanted me to do a screen share with him so he could access my computer. When I asked him to verify he was with QB, he ran off a random number and said it was our account number and then gave me a business related address that quickbooks had never had. I contacted quickbooks and was informed that QB would never call unless we had contacted them and they were calling back. 6/20/2019, I called Mark Back again and called him out to be hung up on.
