This company is Signify Health, they say they're calling on behalf of your health care company, they're a scam or is not your Healthcare company

Scam doctor visit call as others have noted. Number is blocked but I still get messages! Wish I could stop that from happening.

DO NOT ANSWER THIS NUMBER IF IT CALLS YOU!! The Lady said her name was Shiela, and that she works for United Health Care in Dallas, Texas. She had ALL our personal info including our home address. She said a "doctor" was coming to our home to give us physical exams. I told her "NO, YOU ARE NOT!" We have JUST been to the doctor. She said if they don't come, our health insurance is CANCELED. Just talked to our agent an hour before she called, and he said they are NOT from United Health Care and our health insurance is NOT being canceled. I consider this a dangerous call. BEWARE!

they wanted to make an appointment so that they could get vitals for a check-up for United Health Ins. they keep calling to make sure that the appointment is still setup.

Actually, it is a 'robo-call', purporting to be from United Healthcare; I ignore it, but this time listened to the Voicemail.

NOTHING HAS WORKED!! EVEN after BLOCKING their number, THEY STILL CALL AND LEAVE MESSAGES! WE ARE SICK OF IT! WE HAVE HAD IT! WE ARE FURIOUS!
