I've also been contacted by this number 2 days in a row by "Sam Fuller". I let it go to voice mail and they said they are with PPS deliveries and have documents for me to sign. That they will be serving me between 12 and 2pm at my place of employment. Pretty sure this is a scam
I got the same call and I cannot not get ahold of anyone at the number they leave. I wanna mess with them.
I received a called today from Sam Fuller from pps deliveries. He stated he had my name, date of birth and ssn from a group of attorney's with file number for some papers that need to be signed by me and need to be deliver at my place of work or at home. I need to contact him back at 844-835-6956, today and I have been notified and then hung up the phone.
Update: It's now 6:30 my time. I have checked with the Guard Gates at work and my home...no Sam Fuller has attempted to serve me with anything. I called the number, a "Mr. Gordon" answers. I'll dive into that one tomorrow.
Received two calls, and voicemails from this number. Each time from "Sam Fuller" from PPS (or PCS?) Deliveries, claiming to have my personal information and they have been instructed by a group of attorneys to serve me with papers. They provided a case #. The first call instructed me that I needed to call this number to prevent being served at my place of business or home. The second stated I WOULD be served today, presumably by Ms. Fuller, between noon and 2 p.m. and that if they came to my place of business, I would need to provide a state issued ID as well as have my supervisor sign paperwork.
I have to believe this is nothing but a huge scam. Plus, they used a name I haven't legally used in 20+ years. We'll see what happens today between noon and 2 p.m.

I have learned in the past that if someone really wants to serve you papers that they will not let you know that they are coming or who they are. That's how a true process server works.
