I have gotten messages from a local phone number, when I received one this AM, I let it go to Voice Mail. Of course it was from "Legal Aid" It then gave me the name of Caroline Davidson who works for them. I called it and told whoever answered the phone to not call the number again. I also advised if I get another one, the next call they get would be from an attorney. This type of scam is disgusting. PERIOD.

Got a call from Lori at legal Aid and it was important that I call back. Not going to happen!

On the house phone my husband and I have both received several voice mails specifically leaving a message in our names. Each call came through on caller ID as a different local number, but we were ask to return the call to 844-895-6706. I finally called the number back and was asked to leave my name and number (which of course I did not do.) This number is not able to be blocked, since they are disguising their number.

About two weeks apart, my wife and I each got message from "legal aid," stating that it was "imperative" that we return the call. A phone look-up site said the call originated in the Bahamas.

Voice message indicated from 'Legal Aid' but no other details. Did not call back
