"David Smith" calls and leaves a message for someone in my family I have not seen in 26 years. He states that he is a mediator for a company named consumer mediators. He says that there is some case from somewhere against the person he has called for and that the only way to have the case thrown out of court is to call this number and that this is the final warning on this issue. Only thing is that he never states which court (he said county court office) from where or why. Loaded law sounding words; Mediation counsel, dismissal and arbitrator. Say what? Total scam! How in the world did they get MY number??
