Yes, they called me also. But I think it is a "yes" telephone scam. Once you answer "yes" your voice can be recorded and used to authorize future charges on you credit card or utility bills so it is claimed. I do not answer phone numbers I do not know and I will block this number as well
They keep calling me from different numbers about health care issues when I've asked them several times not to call, as I'm not interested.
How odd that I'd receive two calls from two different "local" (spoofed) numbers suggesting that I call (and call "again") regarding my Cigna prescriptions. The same toll-free 844 number to call was given. But really? Using spoofed numbers? Duh.
I called back. They keep wanting you to say yes to your name, which is a scammer's ploy. When they asked for my birthdate I hung up. Wish I hadn't said yes so many times.
I called Cigna back, and it is their refill line. My previous SCAMMERS comment is incorrect

I also have been receiving this call. I called the number I have for cigna twice and both times they said there is no problem with my acct and the call did NOT come from them and it was probably a scam. If you call that number it first asked for your acct number. I was told all calls to cigna the recording will say you have called cigna and will ask other questions but does not ask for your acct.number first.
