and number to call back was 1-844-952-7308. Caller ID showed from Menards & phone number on caller ID is 219-227-3701L Nielsen

My ex son in law got a call from a different # but gave this # as a call back #. They told him my daughter had taken out a pay day loan 3 years ago in his name using his SS# date of birth. Told him they had warrents for both of them in the county my daughter lives, he hasn't lived in this county in about 6 years. That they were going to his place of employement to arrest him. Told him it was for $800 but if he paid half now they would not arrest him and give him 60 days to pay rest. Instead of calling my daughter or sheriff first he actually gave his card # and paid $400 so neither would be arrested. Then he called my daughter. She told him she had never taken a pay day loan much less in his name. She called sheriff dept and ask about warrents they informed her there were none on neither of them and that they had calls asking same thing. That these were scams. She called her ex back and rold him to call his bank immediately to try to cancel card before it could go thru. Don't know if he was able to catch it. My daughter called this # and person answered hello. Businesses do not answer hello. When she informed him she never took out loan he said your husband has taken care of it. Told him it was her ex husband and that she had called sheriff dept and there were no warrents. He quickly hung up. When she called # back no one answered. That's when she called me since she was at work I looked up # on internet and saw this site. These are not the only ones doing these scams. Never give them any info on your cards. A legitimate company will send you documents, never threaten you with arrest.

I received several phone calls today from them at work which I answered the first one and an Officer Westbrook told me that they were coming out in 30 minutes to arrest me and that there is a $2500.00 bail set and a court order from a Judge also I will be held until I see a Judge which may not happened today. He said he doesn't like to do this and especially for the amount that I owed from a payday loan from years ago but he has to. He also said he was at my parents house yesterday and that a dog was loose and almost had to tazer it. I called my parents and no one was there. He gave me this number to call but had to check to see if it was ok for me to call which I did and spoke to Rick Collins who said I should have not called this number but that he would check my file which had my name, social, employment address & my parents address which I have never given out to anyone. He said yes I had an arrest warrant. I asked him if there was anything I could do before they came and he said let me see and put me on hold so i thought but when I was talking to someone in my office he came on the phone and said is there someone there who wants to talk to me because I can hear everything you are saying. He said if I was to pay $801.95 within 90 minutes they will not come out. I talked to several people and they did not believe it was real and that no one ever calls to tell you that are going to be arrested. So I did not pay or call them back but they have been calling work and now my parents house over and over for the last couple hours. I googled there names online and both say they are working with a debt collector and they use this as a scare tactic. They asked my dad if he was hiding me and my dad said to stop calling and that I don't live there which I don't but they told him you can't tell an officer to stop calling you, you can be arrested. My dad hung up but they called and left a message saying my name over and over are you home. This is insane that they are allowed to do this to people. Please be aware and just hang up on them.
