They call everyday at around 5:30 AM which is illegal and never leave a message. Spam caller

This caller says they are from Sunrise Credit Services which appears to be a legitimate company. They then say they are a collection agency and they have been instructed to collect default balance for Optimum Cable. When I asked who from Optimum initiated this they mentioned me by name (name and phone number can be gathered right from the internet) and asked for my social security number. Obviously I didnt provide that information. When I told them I work in the security field (which is true) they said they would take me off the list. I asked why they would take me off the list if they are a collection agaency the person on the phone did not know what to say. This is Phishing (trying to gather unsuspecting user info) 101.
