Make a complaint to Verizon. That is the service they say they are using. And block your number and bother them. Also make a complaint to the IRS

I received several calls from 845-213-1523 stating they were from the IRS and that I had an affidavit filed against me . Complete morons. I called back just to mess with them. Blocked my number of course. I asked for their ID number and he started calling me all kinds of lovely names. Just made it even more fun. I asked him how he can look at himself in the mirror knowing what he does for a living. He just kept swearing at me. WOW!!!! These people are just disgusting.

I received a call from the Internal Revenue Service at 3:00 am this morning saying that an affidavit had been filed against us. At the end the man actually said "Have a Blessed Day"! Really?

This is a scam call, very heavily accented man, told me that i was being sued for tax evasion. After i told him i had received no legal papers or any other information regarding this "lawsuit", and that he would receive NO MONEY from me, he threatened that he would call the FBI and my sheriffs department???? Really???? it is a crime to impersonate a federal government employee, is it not?

I called the number left on my voicemail and some very heavily accented guy starts naming tax codes and tax years but nothing he said made any sense. Tried to get me to pay right then and there or else the sheriff was on his way within the hour to arrest me. I asked for his supervisor and he started yelling at me...lol.

Claims they are IRS do not give out information!

LOL, these people aren't very smart. Claimed they were from the IRS and gave me a claim number. They talked with an Indian accent. Said his name was Dan Martine. I called him back and asked for him by name and they just left me on the phone for about 5 minutes. Then went to an answering machine. This happened twice. Then called and got a Shane Watson. Same thing. Now I am just messing with them and tying up their phone lines. They need to try harder to convince people that they are from the IRS.

Also got a call. Called them back. Told them this was a scam. How can we report this to authorities? Got a call from 3608075520...this is also a IRS scam call.

Received call from this number within a few minutes after message from another number claiming to be IRS & lawsuit. Will block this number too!

Left message @ 8:30 a.m. claiming to be IRS final notice & lawsuit. Blocking this number now.

This is a scam number claiming to be the IRS. They are not. Message left saying you are being sued by the IRS. Caller is from some foreign country. When I told them to stop calling me with their bs scam the caller started pushing phone buttons and cussing I guess in another language.
