Received a call from 845-249-2462. Female stated 2016 insurance laws could drastically change my rate. I told her I would call my own agent. She tried to get me to stay on the line and answer questions so I hung up.

I have received several calls from this number also stating it was an attempt to collect a debt but would not verify who they were collecting for. She persistant that I verify my information but I would not continue to verify my personal information. So, then hung up also when then call they never leaves a message and I have not received anything in a paper from about collecting a debt.

Recieved a supposed voicemail from my Google Voice to my email. I never use Google Voice; it asked me to download a voicemail from them, though I've deleted the message as spam and reported it to Google.

Called my cell phone - did not leave message. I called the number back from a land line and got a message "your call could not be completed at this time, please try again later."

Called twice this month. No voice mails left. Called back... "YOU HAVE REACHED A NON-WORKING NUMBER". Strange.

me too. 845-249-2462: 6/8 3:50, 5/27 1:53, 5/18 3:32 & other times that are no longer in my history. I've also gotten calls from 515-779-1914, 845-406-4014, and "Restricted" and I never get voice mail from the calls. I never answer any calls from people I don't know, so that's all I got. What can we do about it? How do you block a call–without a smart phone? I also wonder if it's connected to the net. I even wonder if reporting here is a scam. I got 4 malware warnings since googling this.

Robotic call as others have stated. Said that the new 2015 insurance laws could save me money on my insurance. After a brief silence, they hung up.

Called by engaging female apparent robot from this number. Could not answer questions, responded in the way robots answer when asked questions and would not deviate from script. "I am a real person. Maybe we have a bad connection." Tried to tell me my auto warranty was up.
