The person calling is a complete and utter scam artist. I don't think the person is Indian. I think they are using a voice modulator where there real voice is being altered which is why you hear a lot of buzzing or noise in the background.
Do not trust them! You should instantly block there phone calls. This individual is only looking to scam people out of money.
