Received phone call from gentleman Jason stating that legal action would be taken against me and that police would be coming to my house to arrest me and that I would be going to jail Ina couple of hours for a loan that I did not pay.

pay day lending scam...someone by the last name of lester calling out of NY about a pay day loan

said they wanted to give me a loan

Thick Indian accent and hard to understand. Said something about legal action being taken against me. Something to do with a fraudulant tax return from 2007. That legal documentation had been sent out but returned undeliverable so he was notifying me that there would be a warrant for my arrest within two hours local authorities would pick me up to take me into custody...very strange. When I kept questioning him about the nature of the call, he got very anxious and rude...finally hung up on him.

How do you get removed from this list? It is crazy. I received the same message indicating that if I did not return his phone call he could only wish me very good luck if I did not return the call. He also told me to have a blessed day. He had a very thick accent, obviously Indian and called about a dozen times
