I received a call from this number about an hr ago stating that I received a loan that I didn't pay back through a PayDay Loan and this person stated the last 4 of my SS. stating that I had 2 hrs to send them money on this particular account or else I would be arrested and would be in jail for up to 90 days. So Upset right now!

On June 4, 2012, at 4.37 pm Shawn Martin left me a message that he is NYC police dept and I need to contact him at once. He called me back stating that he have a some records on me that I owe fast cash and payday loan and gave me the amounts, then I asked him who are you he said american bureau credit and i ask what is my last four didigs of my ss to make sure he have the right person he could not provide at start threating me about jail and do you want to pay this or what and hunp up I ask him can you send my info on what you have he said no responding to a email that he received about me with my number.

And I Refuse To Give Them Any money , Until I Hear From The Payday Company They Self

I was called by the American Credit Bureau of New York a man byr the name of Shawn told me that he had papers he was going to file for money that I owe to someone he could not say who it was he said I would find out in court thats in New York by the way.I told him I do not carry out this type of business over the phone he told me he could not send me any information,but unless I could do what he asked he would call the New York Police and send the papers to the court.I then told him I was contacting the Attorney Generals Office to lodge a formal complaint against this company he then said ok have a bless day and hung up!!!!!!

Someone who I could barely understand stating that they have a warrent on my arrest...they didn't say why. Have been calling since the beginning of the year and I have not answered once...they shoud get the message by now. They left a msg one time and stated that I needed to give them a call because of a claim they have on me. I've been through this before and will not be scammed again by anyone! Just that simple, until you send me a certified letter stating that this is real...you all can really go and shove it!
