Have gotten this identical call many times from different phone numbers, but with the same message: "Hello. This is So-n-So...always an 'American' name but always with a heavy Middle Eastern accent...from Windows Technical Support calling about your Windows computer. Is this (and he calls me by name)." When I start laughing hysterically and tell him that ALL computers have "Windows", the guy always becomes extremely hostile and almost always vulgar. It's rather amusing, in a way.

It is a spam. Very pushy. Pretending to call from Windows. Same guy called more than a month ago, and then called today again. Obviously they do not maintain a 'do not call' list.
