i also got a call from MS SUPPORT about problems with my computer.and was trying to get remote access to my system:WARNING THIS IS HOW BAD THEY WANT IN YOUR COMPUTER... I acted to stupid to type in eventvwr the the search bar for 45MIN AND FOR 45MIN he kept repeating theses simple in structions until finally he to me to type in www.fastsupport.com which has a large warning advising to NOT give access to any unkmown person which i read to him and he told me to ignore now on this page it gives you the ability to report the caller by entering the pin code the repersenitive gave you WHICH I DID...alsoI played a little CAT AND MOUSE WITH HIM wasted his time and maybe made him miss the person that would fall for this' if you waste thier time and you let them know you wasted thier time and they were never going to get in your system they remove your number alot faster

I didn't listen to what they were offering but I'm sure it was a scam. They called both my cell phone and home phone at the exact same time. Not having problems with my computer. It is definitely a scam. Microsoft is one thing that will never call you. So sick of scam calls.
