if they're calling your cell phone - you can block the # on your providers website - just log in & look for "block calls & messages" or call your provider & ask them to block it

did not get to message - ask to be placed on do not call - no acknowledge. Asked for supervisor or duty manager - not compliant. Keep talking. Repeated request 10 or more times. Finally hung up - person would not stop talking. Did at end repeat my request, but no action, commitment or acknowledgement - just keep talking. No supervisor, etc.
