These calls were driving me nuts so I searched and although initially couldn't find a solution to stop these stupid calls, I did find a comment for a phone number with the last 2 digits different that did work. It's a do not call service at 866-246-7196, they provide this service to a small number of companies that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. I gave them the caller's phone number which they confirmed on their list then they added my receiving phone number to the do not call list. This process took a couple of days but well worth the wait.
