I'm back to say after seeing Shirley's comment, I called 866-246-7196 and a couple of days later the constant daily calls stopped!

Here's a portion of another blog comment for a caller with a similar phone number that helped me to stop these phone calls; I've gotten a HUGE number of calls from this phone number so I researched and found a do not call request service at 866-246-7196. They said this service is for a small number of companies that call consumers that want to minimize complaints and save time not calling people who don't want to be called. Sounded like a win/win so I gave them the caller's phone numbers and 2 of the 4 phone numbers verified on their list then they added my receiving phone number to the do not call list. I haven't gotten anymore calls since then so I wanted to pass this on.
