Definately from a collection agency they have been calling me a lot lately due to funds I owe from school I reccomend telling them that its the wrong number or simply just blocking them

When I answered the phone a man said,"Jessica Wheeler please". I told him she did not live here and he hung up. My husband and I just had our phone carrier changed less than a year ago and a new number which is unlisted. I called this number back and got a man. I asked how he got this number that it is a new number. He said he had taken the number out of the computer. I told him that we got calls from them at the old number. He told me that it was too early for him to listen to me complain. He told me that once we are connected to a person our names and number will always come up. I once again asked him how he got this number and he told me he didn't have to tell me that.
