caller pretended to be a friend of family...used the name kevin

This is a collection agency calling. They are somehow having an alternate phone # show as the caller ID because it is coming up with an "845" area code (my hometown) but the company is not located within that area code or even that state. I think they manipulate their caller ID # to entice the other party to answer.
