Credit Card Interest reduction. I`ve reported this about 5 times now. I got a live person, Indian accent, asked that they take me off their call lists. when I said I would report them, then he said he wouldn`t remove my number if I reported him and hung up on me.

they indicated that they represented all major banks, Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Capital One, etc and could reduce the interest rate on credit cards

Credit card with a lower rate. It starts with a recorded message saying "This is Lisa from Credit Card Services" then asks you to press 9 if you want to speak to a representative and lower your interest rate. I pressed 9 and when I got a representative, I asked him to not call me again as I am on the Do Not Call registry. He said I didn't sound like I was in the US and the line went quiet. I was speechless for a moment or two. I have an accent, OK (an English accent), but so did he (not American or British). Then I hung up. I have had similar calls in the past, but I didn't choose to speak to an agent on those occasions.
